Guest Experience Kit

Use this guest experience kit to welcome new families to your church and keep them coming back!

This download gives you a kids’ registration card (photoshop file only), check-in administration procedures, and a guest letter for parents. All of the documents use word except the registration card, which uses Photoshop.

This download includes:

• How to Use instructional document (.docx)
• Check-in Procedures: Two different check-in procedures I used at two different churches. One is for Planning Center and the other is for Fellowship One. (.docx)
• Parent Welcome Letter: There are 2 different letters, one I used while I was kids pastor at Hope Kids and the other is from Church of the Highlands and Highlands Kids. (.docx)
• Registration Card: This is the registration card I used for my last church that doubled for elementary and preschool. Unlike the other documents, this was designed in Photoshop. (.psd)
