In my role as Kids Ministry Director, I give the lesson at chapel for our church’s preschool. This author has become my go-to as I prepare for each month’s chapel time. I print out the story cards on 11 x 17 paper and laminate them. I use these cards and show the kids while I tell the bible story (using the script provided). After I tell the bible story, I always do a game/activity -either the one provided or I slightly modify it. With this lesson I was able to take the graphic from the craft – the God loves everyone circle – and make that into a take-home item for kids to put somewhere in their bedroom to remind them of God’s love for them and others! We also send home the parent talk sheet so parents can talk with their child about chapel time. As someone who was looking for help with preschool chapel time, this resource (and others written by this author) has been a lifesaver!
