This lesson provides a safe space for kids to share their worries and fears about a recent school shooting. It clarifies that school shootings do not come from God and are evil. It emphasizes that God is all things good and that God is always with them, even in scary situations.
PLEASE NOTE: This lesson is not intended to educate children about a particular event or provide political views/opinions. This lesson is intended for children who already have knowledge about a local school shooting and are concerned about it. Make sure you get permission from all the parents (permission form included in download) before having children participate in this lesson.
