Help your church kids form the habit of reading God’s Word daily this summer!
Summer Bible Reading Bingo is a resource for preschool and elementary children that will help them read their Bible during the summer and stay connected with God. This resource is designed to help children develop a daily quiet time with God that includes reading their Bible and getting to know God through His Word. It will help them learn how to use their Bible, learn more Bible stories, learn more about God, and will also help them with their reading skills.
This resource includes 4 Summer Bible Reading Bingo cards (2 for preschool and 2 for elementary). Each age group gets one card with Old Testament Scriptures and one card with New Testament Scriptures. Kids will use these cards at home and mark off Bingo spaces as they read a Bible verse or Bible story each day. When they Bingo, they can bring their cards back to church to receive a small prize (if you like).
Wanting to use different Scriptures? No problem! This resource includes a link for you to edit the cards using Canva. You can add different stories (preschool stories are centered around using the Beginner’s Bible by Zonderkidz, but any preschool Bible can be used to read the stories). You can also edit the instructions for parents to be centered on how you plan to use this resource with the families in your church.
