Families can learn more about God’s Word and create a Scripture Pumpkin, too! This is a simple, hands-on way for kids and families to read and write God’s Word. It’s a fun fall activity for kids that will help them learn the Word of God.
Scripture Pumpkin is a family faith kit that will help families dig into Paul’s letters from the New Testament this fall! Each week will focus on one of Paul’s letters and will contain 7 Bible verses (for a total of 28 verses) for kids to read and write. Families will read the verse and then write it on a real pumpkin. Included with this resource are a family devotion, Scripture Pumpkin calendar, pumpkin postcards activity, 4 pumpkin recipes, and 4 pumpkin coloring sheets.

The Scripture Pumpkin set is beautiful, and SO easy to put together! It’s filled with equipping info/scripture/activities for parents as they to lead their children and we love the flexibility of it! Since it will match any age and schedule, we’re sharing with all of our Kid Min families (even the youngest). We’ll do the readings as a leader team as well, write on our pumpkin each week and display it, in hopes that families share photos and stories as the month goes on.

I love the Scripture Pumpkin Pack! I have already printed everything and assembled packs in large envelopes for our families. I plan to distribute them the beginning of October. My prayer is that families will use them and not toss them in a corner to get lost in the shuffle.
