My name is Miranda Boughman, and I’m the creator behind DisciPals.
I’ve spent more than 15 years serving in children’s ministry. Over the years, I began creating curriculum for my own church… lessons that I intentionally designed not just to fill time on a Sunday morning, but to truly help kids grow in their faith.
That’s how DisciPals was born!
If you’re here then you probably already agree with me that kids don’t need childcare at church. They need the same thing adults do: discipleship. Kids are capable of knowing Jesus, asking big questions, and learning what it means to follow Him in their everyday lives.
Discipleship in kids church may look different than what happens in the main sanctuary, but the goal is the same. We’re all learning, growing, and walking the path of faith together.
My goal with DisciPals is to help churches move beyond simply telling Bible stories and toward intentionally discipling children. My hope is that these resources are tools for leaders to use when they walk alongside kids as they discover who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him…one step at a time!
