My name is Cayce White and I am passionate about connecting kids and families to their local church through the children’s ministry. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies – Early Childhood and in 2022 I earned a Masters Degree in Strategic Ministry with an emphasis in Kids from Johnson University.
I currently serve as the Kids Pastor of a multi-site church at a campus with about 85 kids on the weekends. I want volunteers to feel empowered to connect with kids and families, and I want to make it easier for kids ministry leaders to serve families and help them to feel connected through events, check ins, and small things. PLUS, we can’t forget about the volunteers. They pour their hearts into kids ministry and we couldn’t do it without them, so I want them to feel loved, appreciated, and seen through gifts, check ins, and team hangouts!
