Here at the Grove, we have pretty simple Terms of Conditions.

Graphic Design Packages (Seed, Sapling, Tree, and Single Products)

You can use these design packages to create an End Product for yourself or for resale only on DeeperKidMin.com. You can only sell the design packages in an End Product where the primary value of the product lies in the item itself (example: Lesson Plans)

For clarity, End Products where skill and effort have been applied to incorporate the item into a larger design or work (such as with text and other graphics/images)  are allowed. 

NOTE: The GROVE holds the right to use elements of the created designs under the Graphic Design Packages to use in other works.

Logo Design Packages (Village, Town, and Kingdom)

NOTE: Logo Design Packages, we transfer the rights to you on the final transaction. You will then be able to use the logo however you choose.  

All other Graphics (Crew Cards, Stock Graphics, etc.)
