This is a legal agreement between your church, school, camp, or other ministry and Yancy Ministries. By purchasing this resource, you obtained the right to display the music videos in a group setting at a specified church, school, camp, or other ministry location for worship & educational purposes.
This does not give you the right to duplicate, copy, transfer, share, or loan, offer a download or stream the video or audio (found on the discs and the files found on the USB Drive) to any other party for any reason including posting any of the videos or audio on any website or participate in any internet sharing, streaming or downloading service. The only exception to the previous restriction is for online rehearsal purposes and only for your worship team. In such cases, files may be posted with password protected accounts on private websites such as "Planning Center" or PRIVATE password protected channel’s of YouTube.com and similar sites.

Thank you for choosing resources from Yancy Ministries, using them responsibly, and setting a great example for children and their families!
Additional Information: We are often asked if churches can legally use video and audio streaming services such as YouTube, Vimeo, Apple Music, Spotify and others. Please know that these streaming services (even the upgraded versions) are for personal use only and not for churches. The terms of agreement (that everyone ok’s when signing up) says it is for individual or family use and not for groups in public settings, such as stores, churches, offices, etc. The reason for this restriction is those streaming companies are not paying songwriters and artists for groups of people to listen or watch but instead are paying a lower rate based on an individual or family use. Thank you for legally purchasing your music and for not using streaming.
