This BIBLE PRESENTATION is the second Milestone in the Stepping Stone series, teaching children and their parents about the Bible and how to use it daily. One of the key times in the lives of the children in your ministry is when they reach the “reading” stage (or enter elementary school). This opportunity to present each child with their first “big kid” Bible can be a strategic time to celebrate with the family.
The material covers Three Big Words: Inspired (Written by God), Inerrant (No Mistakes), and Preserved (the Bible Has Survived). It overviews the Old and New Testaments and describes how to have a Quiet Time and memorize God’s Word. It also provides an opportunity to present the Gospel and to pray for both the child and the parents as they seek to train their children and provide a godly example for them to follow.
