Building Bricks Family Event

Create a fun discipleship opportunity for families with this Building Bricks Family Event! This 2-hour event provides an opportunity for parents to have Gospel conversations with their kids. Parents will get to initiate conversations with their children they might not otherwise have and spend time with them doing something fun: building with Legos or other building bricks/blocks!

This event has two major components: 1. Parents completing a devotion on Matthew 7:24-27 with their child(ren) and 2. families participating in fun Lego-themed activities together. It’s a great way to model family discipleship for the parents in your ministry and give them time/space to complete a fun family devotional together!

Throughout the event, families will also compete in brick-building challenges including a Bible Story Brick Building Contest and a Tallest Tower completion. There are also optional instructions for creating an earthquake simulator for the towers families create!

This event is geared toward families with elementary-aged children and is designed to last around two hours.

Families will love this event and you will have everything you need to partner with parents as you provide an opportunity for them to have Gospel conversations.
