Easter Rescue Plan Family Devotion

Beginning with creation, then going over stories of sin, building the temple, Jesus’ birth, The Triumphal Entry, the crucifixion, and the resurrection, this family devotion helps kids and families connect the stories in the Bible and see God’s rescue plan from the beginning. Each devotion includes a devotion, a prayer, a family activity, a tree or rock character blurb, a coloring page, and a matching sequence card. Families can display these sequence cards to help children visually connect the stories.

There are 7 devotions in all, and this resource is designed for the week before Easter Sunday, or could be used over the 7 weeks of Lent with some slight modifications.
