One of the biggest struggles preteens face is figuring out their identity – who they are and what God says about them. Use this 2-week series to help preteens discover God’s truth about their lives by answering “Where Am I Placing My Identity?” and “Who Am I?”
Sometimes, especially as preteens, we play “Guess Who” with ourselves. We pick a character to be – the class clown, the athlete, the bookworm—and try it on for a time before choosing a new persona. Not knowing exactly who you are feels unsettling! When preteens play “Guess Who” with their own identities, they can feel unstable and insecure.
But God has a plan for every preteen’s identity. This 2-week curriculum uses the questions, “where is my identity?” and “who am I?” to discover the identities God has for us.
Each 55-minute lesson includes:
