“Let Us Know Before You Go” Volunteer Feedback System

The Let Us Know Before You Go Volunteer Feedback System will help you generate consistent and helpful feedback from your volunteers while creating a culture of openness and ownership among your team.

Here’s how it works:

1. Before volunteers leave on Sunday mornings, ask them to take 2 minutes to complete a few quick questions and leave the card with their supplies/in their ministry space.
2. Change the questions monthly or quarterly, depending on how often your teams serve.
3. Use the feedback results to improve your ministry! 

Use the ready-to-print cards to start implementing the system right away, or use the provided Canva template links (free Canva account required) to customize the questions, cards, logos, etc. There’s even an option to add a QR code to the form to collect answers digitally!

The questions not only help you evaluate the effectiveness of your ministry, but they can also provide a way to train your volunteers on what to do, look for, or count as a successful ministry day. If they know what questions they’ll have to respond to at the end of the morning, that can influence their leadership throughout the day.

Each card has 3 questions to ask your team, so it’s simple and won’t take much of their time. The cards cover a variety of specific categories too, including general feedback, sharing the gospel, partnering with parents, building community with kids, and more!
