There are ten common challenges, one on each card: bullying, family issues, anxiety, body image, technology addiction, peer pressure, time management, social skills, school pressure, and identity.
Each card includes an explanation of the issue, a Bible verse for encouragement, simple next steps/strategies to navigate their emotions, and a sample prayer for their prayer time.
