Recruiting volunteers takes more than just an on-stage announcement. You have to build relationships, communicate your vision, and make personal asks.

So this week I’m sharing my email templates that invited rookie volunteers to join the team and asked veteran volunteers to recommit. (Note: This download is a zipped folder, which means you won’t be able to open it on a mobile device.)

These email templates (and more) were used in our brand new volunteer training resource: Calling All Superheroes. Using this 1-hour, superhero-themed training resource, you’ll equip your volunteers to love, protect, and serve the children in your ministry. Download your copy here.

This post is part of our Admin April: Volunteers series, a month full of resources, strategies, and tips for leading your volunteer team well. See the full month’s offerings and ideas here.
